Our Client is a dynamic, high-growth SaaS business, backed by a top-tier US Private Equity investor with global operations and office locations. The company has enjoyed rapid success over the years with operations in most industries and working with a long list of global clients.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team and has arisen due to our clients rapid growth and success, presenting the perfect opportunity to introduce a new Human Resources Director. Reporting to the CFO, you will have an immediate and meaningful impact on the company. The HR Director will form an integral part of the senior management team acting as a partner to the business and driving the HR agenda forward, creating smooth and efficient operation along with driving change and innovation.

Our client has always offered a flexible working policy with full-time home working offered if required, however the location of the office is in Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team with strategic initiatives
  • Implementation of new HR policies and process
  • Developing a first-class people strategy in line with business objectives and growth targets
  • Develop the retention and engagement strategy in a sector where skilled talent is highly sought after, and in shorter supply
  • Work and collaborate on any M&A activity
  • Create strategies for performance evaluation, training & development

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified to Level 7
  • Previous experience delivering tangible results in a fast-paced growth environment
  • International experience, particularly in an organisation with a US presence
  • A demonstrable successful background in HR with experience in setting up an >HR function and leading, and growing a people team
  • Successfully delivering change and transformation projects
  • Experience in creating robust recruitment, wellbeing, and engagement strategies that attract, retain, and develop superb people
  • Experience implementing and reviewing new processes in line with business objectives and growth
  • Good understanding of HR legislation and UK employment law
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to travel on occasion, where required

  • Previous Private Equity or Venture Capital exposure
